We keep an eye out for service changes that may affect you or your business, and notify you about products and promotions that may save you money.
Q. How do you ensure that I am getting the most up-to-date Qwest Service?
A. Because of our partnership with Qwest, we have access to the latest promotions and plans available. We also work hand in hand with some of the best Mid to Large Market Qwest Sales Rep’s that Qwest has.
Q. Is this going to be changing my service provider from Qwest to some other telecommunications company?
A. No. You are and will stay a Qwest customer. You will still receive your bill from Qwest.
Q. What is the LOA for and why do we need to sign it?
A. This is an extra security measure we take to protect you. Since Intervive Communications is located in executive offices outside of a Qwest facility, the Letter Of Agency (LOA) is provided to you to ensure that no change to your service occurs without your prior authorization. We take your trust very seriously and Intervive doesn't make changes “just over the phone”. The LOA provides you the name and address of the agent contacting you, as well as your information. Finally we send the signed LOA to Qwest before any change is made to your account.
