Q. What is a Telecom Master Agent?
A. A telecom master agent is your partner for your telecom needs. Intervive can help you select the best voice, data, internet, long distance, conferencing services and more for your business needs. We are a fully contracted independent business authorized to sell products and services from dozens of telecom carriers across the United States and abroad. Q. Why do telecom companies have Intervive as an agent?
A. Telecom carriers are always looking to give the best possible service to their business customers. In addition in today's economy telecom carriers are also looking to reduce expenses. We are a fully autonomous business independent from the carriers we sell. In other words, it costs them nothing to partner with us. In addition, we seek to enhance your experience with the carrier and add a personal touch to your account. We keep an eye out for service changes that may affect you or your business, and notify you about products and promotions that may save you money.

Q. How do you ensure that I am getting the most up-to-date Telecom Services?
A. Because of our relationship with all of the telecom carriers we offer, we have access to all the latest promotions and plans available. We then communicate those to you our customer. We tirelessly make sure we provide the latest and most up to date information to ensure your getting the best services at the lowest prices.

Q. What is the LOA for and why do we need to sign it?
A. This is an extra security measure we take to protect you. Since Intervive Communications are agents of the telecom carriers we represent, the Letter Of Agency (LOA) is provided to you to ensure that no change to your current services occurs without your prior authorization. We take your trust very seriously and Intervive doesn't make changes “just over the phone”. The LOA provides you the name and address of the agent contacting you, as well as your information. Finally we send the signed LOA to carrier before any change is made to your account.
